“The Law of Attraction states that we will bring into our lives what we focus on, visualize, think about, and affirm. But, if you make vision boards, surround yourself with affirmations, maintain a journal full of ideal scenes of what you’d like and you STILL are not attracting what you want, there is a flaw.

It’s actually our understanding of how the Law of Attraction works that is flawed, rather than the law itself. I am happy. I know I was born for Happiness and Success. I have a lot of gifts and talents. I have everything to archive the best results I am created for. What I can be I must be. I translate Love to every cells for every moment. We live in loving and living Universe. I fell my writing lives. I feel my words are happy.

I am practicing in developing the skills to direct my thoughts toward what I want. I want to be lucky to win the DVLottery 2014 and moving to San Francisco. I really understand that no place is paradise or every place is paradise I am living in. I accept I am living in paradise now. My family is happy, our apartment is comfortable, we live happy life. But my argent heart believes in changing the place. I love English and the energy of Golden Gates is miraculous. I never have been in California. Perhaps I love my fantasies. Anyway I know it for sure my heart can not be wrong. If I what us to live in San Francisco we will live there in the happiest way which is possible according by Perfect Order, of course.

I am grateful for my heart. Thank You for the dream. So my undivided attention goes to the dream to live the best life in the best city.

I am writing to You to be just in time. It is important to say You ” Thank You”. Your Job is Great. Your Inspiration is unimaginably miraculous.

We are Your Masterpieces. I am Your Masterpiece. I am Perfection. I am thinking in the right way. I am getting happy results every moment. I use my Power to create with You. Our Universe is created by us inspired by Your Inspiration.

Thank You for today. I even imagine how You have created Today. You mixed sparkling emotions, intelligent and loving air, beautiful flowers and raindrops, white snowflakes and clear smiles and argent hearts. I see this process with laughing. I enjoy to create with You. We are all happy children.

I know for sure this fact is unfathomable truth. I am very grateful for a little touch of understanding that I am Perfection. I have no right to think different because if I am breathing You are creating.

You are creating through me! Oh what’s an old axiom. Ancient Greeks thought in the same way. I love Plato and Aristo.

I am changing every minute, I am detoxifying myself from fear, guilty and low self esteem.

In The Diamond Cutter (the book by Geshe Michael Roach in which he applies the classic Tibetan sutra by the same name to the creation of his diamond business), we learned: “There’s no word in Tibetan for ‘guilty.’ The closest thing is ‘intelligent regret that decides to do things differently.” Awesome. I remember the thing is “intelligent regret that decides to do things differently”.

Let’s swap guilty out with intelligent regret and joyfully decide to do things differently next time.”  I enjoy the happy rain in Paris, I am free and happy. I am Creator.

Thank You very much for our lives. We are Your Masterpieces. Every expressing of living energy is perfect. You want to me happy. You wish me to be Successful. I know whole Universe helps me getting better and better every moment.

The most difficult thing is to start, to lay down a cover for yoga on the floor, said yoga teacher. I feel I have started my way to my Best already. I need a good dose of confidence to escape self sabotage. I know to play the piano is very inspiring process and I enjoy it very much. Why am I stubbornly sabotaging my joy? I have met Eric Maisel today. Thank You for this wonderful meeting.  He suggest to create a starting ritual.

“To get you from your ordinary mind to your creative mind, craft a starting ritual that you use every day to get you started creating!

Make a cup of your favorite tea.  In the minute or two it takes for the water to boil, take a few deep breaths, clear your mind, and ready yourself to work. Take your cup to your workspace and as the tea steeps prepare your materials.  When your tea is as dark as you like it, put the tea bag on a small saucer and turn to your work.  Work until your tea is cool enough to drink. What may happen is that you lose yourself in the trance of working and discover that your tea is cold by the time you turn to it.  Excellent!  Part of your work ritual can be re-heating your tea in the microwave as your first small break between creative stints!Or you might do something physical as your ritual. After five minutes of yoga, tai chi or exercise move directly to your creative work. Or you might meditate for five minutes.  Once you’ve calmed your mind, mentally bring forth your creative project and hold it gently until you feel ready to proceed with it. Or you might start each work session with a war cry. Stand up, beat your chest, and shout “Ready!  Set!  Go!”  Stride fiercely to your workspace!” Dr. Eric Maisel

Look for the humor in things: Sing in the shower, create shampoo sculptures with your hair in the bathtub, make funny faces while brushing your teeth, read humorous books, rent comedies, go to a karaoke club with a friend and join in, call your best pal from grade school and reminisce, goof around with your kids, and play with your dog. In other words, get over your seriousness and let your hair down! Fake it if you have to, but do a good job of it. Don’t worry if you look foolish—the more foolish you are, the more enlightened you’ll feel.” Sonia advices.

“What is love? Your child brain was wired for rapid learning, and your parents were your first teachers. You learned what love is by how they loved you. If your parents were ideal, you learned that love is generous, warm, caring, and dependable. This type of bonding is called secure attachment.

If your parents were less than ideal (that is, normally dysfunctional), you learned that love is uncertain. You were cared for some of the time, and not others. It came with a mixture of your parents’ confusion, fears, anger, sadness, and other emotions. This type of bonding is called insecure attachment.

It’s no wonder that so many of us are confused about love!

The ideal state in an intimate relationship with your partner is mutual security, comfort, and safety. You are open and vulnerable with him or her, so your amygdalae, the danger sensors in the limbic system, are on high alert for anything that looks like the insecurity you felt as a child. This trips your internal alarm and flips you into emergency mode. This sudden reaction is likely to make your partner feel insecure, and they react with their own emergency alarm. A mutual escalation ensues. This is very common in couples with insecure attachment at the core of their relationship wiring.

Gay Hendricks says this:  “The best advice I can give you is to take big, easy breaths when you feel fear. Feel the fear instead of pretending it’s not there. Celebrate it with a big breath, just the way you’d celebrate your birthday by taking a big breath and blowing out all the candles on your cake. Do that, and your fear turns into excitement. Do it more, and your excitement turns into exhilaration. I find it very empowering to know that I’m in charge of the exhilaration I feel as I go through life. I bet you will, too.”
