Morning Flower

Hello God!

Thank You for every my mornings. I wake up with gratitude and love a new day. I am grateful for this possibility to kiss my daughter and husband. I love their smiles when I see them at the morning. Every morning I meditate about our happiness and light we radiate. We are children of light. I am happy to see our colorful nimbus in my meditation.

My daughter is my morning flower. I love how she wakes up. I kiss her feet, cheek and eyes and say “Wake up, my sweetie love”. I can not imagine more happy moment than the moment when I see my daughter’s eyes. Thank You!

Every Wednesday and Friday I swim in swimming pool. I immerse myself in the ocean of Love and Luck. My every cells are filled by Love and Luck. I love to feel my strong body. I am grateful for my body, my wonderful and healthy body. Today after training I have had a cup of espresso with milk shake with strawberry flavor. Oh, my God! It was fantastic moment! To feel hot taste of espresso with soft cloud of milk shake is the best moment.

Moment by moment I gather our beautiful and unique chaplet of our life. I ma sorry for a shades of negative thoughts about future and worries about my ego. I am curing my wounds with patience and love. I accept and love my inner child. “My little sweetie I am always with you. You are in my loving hands. You are protected and loved by the Highest Force in Universe. I love you. Be sure in your happiness”, I sing to myself.

Thank You for Miracle of life. I have met a beautiful poem I am in hurry to share it with You. I see You are smiling. This moment is the best.

Morning Glory

The sunshine seems much brighter,
And the heart is ever lighter,
When the rays of sweet Aurora
Gild the radiant morning glory
With a splendor, such as heaven
To few favorites has given
Among the beautiful rare flowers.
So plant these seeds with care,
In a place well-chosen, where
The first rays of the morning
May kiss their bright adorning,
And teach your heart to see
The beauties there may be
In the early morning hours.

Right View

Hello God!

Thank You for every minute of my life. You know every 60 second we are creating and choosing our way. I love the idea about co-creation. We are created to create. I feel good. I feel myself with Harmony of life. I flow in the stream of Light. I am Light.

I am grateful for people around. I love their fruits of inspiration. Perhaps once day somebody will tell the same words about me. “I love fruits of your inspiration”  and I listen a music of bells of Happiness in this compliment. Yes, it is me. I love compliments and good motivational words from nice people.

I have had some problem with perception the situation with my mother. I was trying to understand her view. All my efforts were useless because there is no right or wrong view. Thank you, Brian Johnston for your fruit of inspiration I have received today.

“So we end up with what the Buddha taught in his first teaching, which is called the Eightfold Path, when he said, ‘have Right View.’ Right View is having no particular, fixed view, which means seeing that all views are limited, that no particular view is the only view. They’re all restricted, they’re all limited, they’re all fragmented. Actually the right view is no view.” ~ Zen Master Dennis Genpo Merzel from Big Mind · Big Heart

Reminds me of a story S.N. Goenka. Imagine six blind guys. They’ve never seen an elephant before and are each touching a different part of the big ol’ animal describing what an elephant is.

The first blind man grabs the tail and says the elephant is like a rope. The second one grabs the leg and is certain the elephant is like a pillar while the third touches the trunk and thinks the elephant is like a tree branch. The others go for different parts and have different perspectives (the back is like a throne; the tusk is like a spear; the ear is like a hand fan).

Now, what’s fascinating is that they’re all *100%* sure they’re *100%* right and can’t understand how someone else can have such a wildly different understanding of something that is SO obvious to them!

Enter: the limitation of thinking your perspective is the absolute truth.

We get in trouble when we think our perspective is 100% right.

Genpo tells us: “That is why from the beginning it’s really important that you learn to shift perspectives. That alone is going to help tremendously in your life. Just imagine the next time you get into an argument with your partner or spouse, and you are able to let go of your view and open up to the possibility that there might just be another perspective on the situation — her view, or his view. The moment you do that, it sets you free.” by Brian Johnston

Thank You for today and now. I am happy today and now.

Elegant Decision

Hello God!

Thank You for creating us. I am surprised by Your Order You have established in our Universe. We live in miraculous world. Every living cell is in the right place and right time always. It is so fascinating and elegant. I love the word “elegant”. I am reading in Wikipedia:

“Elegance is a synonym for beauty that has come to acquire the additional connotations of unusual effectiveness and simplicity. It is frequently used as a standard of tastefulness particularly in the areas of visual design, decoration, the sciences, and the esthetics of mathematics. Elegant things exhibit refined grace and dignified propriety.
The proof of a mathematical theorem exhibits mathematical elegance if it is surprisingly simple yet effective and constructive; similarly, a computer program or algorithm is elegant if it uses a small amount of code to great effect.
An elegant solution may solve multiple problems at once, especially problems not thought to be inter-related.”

I have a simple example of elegant decision I have made today. I bought 4 pairs of shoes on eBay. The shoes I were looking for a weeks. Elegance is in the right time and mood.

I know exactly we all live by platinum laws of Nature and God. There are no place for anything wrong. We are always in Perfect Order according our ways. Everything depends on the choices we have made right now.

I have met my thought in “Small Gods” by Terry Pratchett today.
“In my experience there is always another way”, said Vorbis. “Into everything, there is always another way. Which the God will show in his own good time, we can be assured of that.”

Nothing to add. Thank You for today and now.

Dance with Stars

Hello God!

Thank You very much fir creating us and inspiring us to create our Universe with You. Thank You for our happy Sunday which is the result of our co- creating. I am totally happy today. To-tal-ly I am immersed in happiness and light today. Spring makes its business. Nature is waking up and we are waking up to enjoy every our moment.

I am Pure Joy. We are Pure Joy. My heart is singing a new sentence “We are the Winners of Green Card Due to We are Pure Joy!” So the theory what Perfect Life is was born. Perfect Life is a life where Love, Luck and Joy are interconnected and interacted in harmonious way according Star Dance’s Structure. Star Dance’s Structure is Perfect Order created by You with us. I love the theory. I love to create it.

Today I fall asleep before my post was written and published. I got a secret message from You which awoke me immediately “Do not forget: We are the Winners of Green Card!”.

Underneath every circumstance or experience lies a message. When we get caught up in labeling situations or experiences good or bad, right or wrong, we can miss the message that the circumstance is trying to convey. However, when we step beyond the judgment into a place of listening, observing, and intuiting, we can discover the deeper message. The sooner we can hear and respond to the message, the sooner things will start to flow.

Save Me!

Hello God!

Thank You very much for difficulties I meet on my way. I love discomfort they bring because discomfort is a sign to change environment and personal features.

I am in a bad situation. The thing is in my absolute financial dependency from my husband. And I hate it!!! I hate it by my whole heart. The deepness of my misery is unbearable. I am a person with brilliant and expensive education and wide outlook who begs from husband additional 20 euros for underwear!!! It seems I am dying because of pathetic the situation.

I am suffered deeply and I love it! I love this challenge because I have only two exist.

The first option is to agree with my dependency until full destroying of my personality. My future is know as physiologically wretched woman with grey hairs and fat bell. I have a pair of examples of women’s lives before my eyes. The worth thing is in perception of their situation by this women as normal. Normal is to be addicted by psychotropic drugs and to eat uncontrollably. I see their way as suicidal. I am saying “No” to the option.

The second option is in clutching teethes and with whole my will and strength I am changing the situation. I am manifestation of the divinity of God. I am brilliant and clever. I can change everything I want. I deserve the best things which life can suggest. We deserve everything the best. We will live in a beautiful house and I will play Debussy on my grand piano near ocean view window. We will buy our clothing and shoes in the best boutiques of London, Paris and San Francisco.

We are beautiful and intelligent people. We have feet and brain to go everywhere we want.

The key word is “want”. I really want us to relocate. I even do not know which force is stronger – my hate to the city we are in now (I do not use word “live” in the previous sentence intentionally) or my love to my family?

At this very moment hate force is stronger. This city is always a mirror of intellectual and material limited source where mediocrity is a ruler and there is no place for freedom and joy in my definitions.

So the Decision was always inside me. The Result is in processing of birth. I know the time of delivering a birth is always painful. But this pain is a joy. A joy in certainty in birth something beautiful and wonderful. I need to be certain in happy changing. The Result is going to be fascinating and startling. I know.

“Nothing ever goes wrong in life.” ~ Byron Katie from Loving What Is

I love that. I see that everything is either a blissful experience and a blissful opportunity to learn. As Katie says: “Everything happens for me, not to me.” And: “Until you can see everything in the world as your friend, your work is not done.”

“So, the sooner we can get to the point where we realize the fact that nothing ever goes wrong, the happier we’re going to be” Brian Johnston concludes.

As usual music is my life saver. Thank you Freddie for saving me.

Parisian Charm

Hello God!

Thank You for Your Inspiration in every person on our planet. Thank You for today. Today I am happy and I play Debussy. I am in flow of parisian chic and charm. I have been in Paris and sweet memory from this city I express in my playing. I adore Arabesque 1.

Arabesque  is a type of music generally for piano, which uses melodies to create the atmosphere of Arabic architecture.

They are two of Debussy’s earliest works, composed between the years 1888 and 1891, when he was still in his twenties.Although quite an early work, the arabesques contain hints of Debussy’s developing musical style. The suite is one of the very early impressionistic pieces of music, following the French visual art form. Debussy seems to wander through modes and keys, and achieves evocative scenes through music. His view of a musical arabesque was a line curved in accordance with nature, and with his music he mirrored the celebrations of shapes in nature made by the Art Nouveau artists of the time. Of the arabesque in baroque music, he wrote:

“that was the age of the ‘wonderful arabesque,’ when music was subject to the laws of beauty inscribed in the movements of Nature herself.”

I love this words. Achille-Claude Debussy (22 August 1862 – 25 March 1918) was a French composer. Along with Maurice Ravel, he was one of the most prominent figures associated with Impressionist music, though he himself intensely disliked the term when applied to his compositions.

Some people have claimed that Debussy structured parts of his music mathematically. Roy Howat, for instance, has published a book contending that Debussy’s works are structured around mathematical models even while using an apparent classical structure such as sonata form. Howat suggests that some of Debussy’s pieces can be divided into sections that reflect the golden ratio, frequently by using the numbers of the standard Fibonacci sequence. from Wiki”. I know I know that God is Mathematician.

Thank You for beautiful and joyful today.

My Crown is Power

Hello God!

Thank You for Power and Strength You give to my person. I know I can do everything I want. I am sure in my abilities to keep my promises and commitments. Every act of birth is act of Power. Every mother know that to deliver a birth is rather painful and demands all will and strength she has. Every newborn child knows that the process of birthing is hardworking and the first inspiration is Miracle. By the way the word “inspiration” has the next definitions:

1. stimulation or arousal of the mind, feelings, etc, to special or unusual activity or creativity
2. the state or quality of being so stimulated or aroused
3. someone or something that causes this state
4. an idea or action resulting from such a state
5. the act or process of inhaling; breathing in

It is fascinating. The word “inspiration” means the act or process of inhaling; breathing in. The first inspiration is Inspiration. If I am breathing in I am inspired by this Great Miracle of Life. I dance in dazzling valse about the knowledge.

My thought was about hard work to take joyful miracle of life. Before the first inspiration there is a long hardworking way by birth canal which demands will and strength. Vital force which makes all hearts to beaten helps always but every step is our job. It is Great Job to Live. It is Miracle to be Strong.

“The great Greek philosopher, Socrates, said, “An unexamined life is not worth living.”

He didn’t say “It’s better to examine your life.” He said it’s not even worth living if you don’t examine your life. It’s a strong statement. The word “examine” has military origins. It speaks of discipline and being brutally honest.

An examined life is personal mindfulness and social awareness.

The incredible and shocking reality is that we have the collective capacity and resources to solve all the great problems in the world but barely make any headway.

We need the courage and character of people like Socrates to truly examine the world and our place in it. Socrates made his famous statement about the unexamined life at his own heresy trial, as told by his famous student Plato.

Socrates was given the choice of his own punishment. He drank the hemlock after making his declaration that “the unexamined life is not worth living.” The guy had skin in the game. He knew the costs of an examined life.

The promise of an examined life is not happiness but honesty. Kurt Vonnegut said,

“What if the examined life turns out to be a clunker as well?”

The examined life might turn out to be a clunker because it offers no guarantees of security or happiness. It offers only the satisfaction of integrity.” by Ian Lawton

Spring Cleaning

Hello God!
Thank You for Miracle of Life. Thank You for meeting with beauty in every moment, every sounds, every eyes. In every eyes I see Your Masterpiece. We all are unique work of art created by Your Inspiration. Thank You for meeting with a work of inspiration by my dear friend Dennis Merritt I have found today. The article reflects my thoughts in so beautiful and poetic way. I enjoy and try to remember every precious word of the article.

“And that Aha! that you get when you see an artwork that really hits you is, ‘I am that.’ I am the very radiance of energy that is talking to me through this painting.”
— Joseph Campbell

It is your recognition of your self in that which has moved you. This is how awakening to our oneness with life begins. The practice is to pay attention to the radiance of energy that moves you in those sacred moments because it is trying to tell you something beautiful about yourself. With this thought in mind, an affirmative mantra to remember is, “Everywhere I look I see the face of the beloved one.” This mantra is also the sacred call to the practice of reverence.

What is reverence? Reverence is the act of seeing through the form of all living things and recognizing and honoring the divine presence at its center and its circumference. Our judgements are the primary thing that separate us from the awareness of our oneness with all of life. The practice of reverence is how we transcend our judgments, which sets us free from the tyranny of the egoic-self that thrives on fear and separation by labeling everything and everyone as good or bad, desirable or undesirable, right or wrong. As Henry David Thoreau said, “It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.” When Joseph Campbell spoke about recognizing some part of ourselves in the essence of the artwork we see, was he aligning with Thoreau by suggesting that we, too, are “works of art” put here by the creator — to see and recognize the radiance we truly are, being reflected back to us by others?

Spiritually speaking, from the perspective of the whole, there is only one of us here; we are each reflections of the one. In the East, when the word “namaste” is spoken to another person it is an acknowledgement, a conscious practice, of this truth. While there are variations of the literal meaning of the word “Namaste,” I favor the definition given by Mahatma Gandhi: “I honor the place within you where the entire universe resides; I honor the place within you of love, of light, of truth, of peace; I honor the place within you, where, when you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us.”

As a mindfulness practice today, consider every person you encounter as a unique work of art. When you look into that person’s eyes, pause and mindfully take time to really look “into” them until you see the essence of your self gazing back. Then take a deep breath, smile, and silently say to yourself, “Ah… I am that; I am the very radiance of energy that is talking to me through this living canvas, this human painting,” and then say, “namaste.”

The gift of conscious perception can be an astounding event that happens whenever we realize that it is we, and we alone, who assign meaning to whatever our eyes fall upon every moment of every day. We don’t see just with our eyes; we see with our mind and heart. The practice is to become the conscious observer behind the camera lenses called “your eyes” and drink it all in taking nothing for granted. This sacred moment is filled with beauty and meaning — if that is what you are looking for. by Dennis Merritt Jones
The post is named “Spring Cleaning”. You can ask where the clue is. I am smiling about tenderness of my thoughts I have just catch. The clue is
because cleaning our eyes to perceive whole world as God’s Masterpiece we have to clear our eyes every moment when fears and worries will occur. Our eyes is our outlook. Let’s keep our lenses clear

Eye on the Path

Hello God!

Thank You for creating me every moment of my breathing. I am breathing because of You. it is fascinating fact. If I have this divivd possibility to breath, every thing I wish is possible for me. I am You. I am a manifestation of Your Inspiration. What a beautiful fair tale we are living in! Every step on the path brings Miracle and Wonder. I love my path.

I have received a nice email from Brian Johnston. Thank you Brian for your great job to inspire others.

“I know some people say “Keep your eyes on the prize,” but I disagree. When your eyes are stuck on the prize, you’re going to keep stumbling and crashing into things. If you really want to get ahead, you’ve got to keep your eyes focused on the path.” ~ Russell Simmons from Do You!

I love that. And Russell follows it up with “Always focus on your effort, instead of the results of that effort.”

Brilliant 21st century application of the classic Bhagavad Gita wisdom: “The awakened sages call a person wise when all his undertakings are free from anxiety about results.”

How about you? Once you’ve frozen your ideal vision in your mind, do you obsess about the results or do you put yourself on “super pilot” (as John Eliot would say in his great book Overachievement) and completely immerse yourself in doing your best moment to moment?!?

Keep you eyes on the path and soon enough you’ll be holding the prize!!!” by Brian Johnston.
