Thank You very much for creating our wonderful and miraculous world. I am happy here.

I have realized today that my body is happy when I pay attention on it. It is simple. My body is a billions of living cells. My body is Cosmos. I am God for my body. I am creator of my life. The Golden words from Buddha I have found today. “Our life is shaped by our mind.” My Body is healthy, strong, and beautiful. I am Beauty. I am Happiness and Success.

Today’s post is about escaping gray twilight. Gray means sad and boring. Twilight means blurred and fearful moment of now. I understand why I have to escape gray twilight now. How am I going to do it? The first is detoxifying my body. Today is the third day of my detox program and I am going to complete it. The second is my joyful program: blogging, playing the piano, improving English. I know I am repeating the same. But it helps me to understand the importance of my commitments I have made. I enjoy my life. No space for gray twilight here.
