Time to Be Brave

Hello God!

Thank You very much for creating us. Thank You for Your Great Job we all see around.

I meet some difficulties to write this post. Time to be brave is named it. Time to be brave what for?

If you don’t risk anything, you risk even more. Erica Jong

I think and I feel some borders inside myself which prevents me to live my best life. The first border is to begin my Detox program. The method is familiar and well trained. I know How to do it and Why to do it. But I am afraid to begin. I am afraid to wake up at 5.40 to have a possibility to play the piano for two hors daily. I am afraid to cut off sugar and salt. I am afraid to live my life in the best way it is possible. Time to be brave is now.

Brendan says: “Many people put up with things that are unpleasant but tolerable, rather than changing them; their situation needs to become unbearable before they take action. So, in effect, an unbearable job is better than one that is simply dissatisfying, since it will be the catalyst for change.”

Are you only “mildly disappointed” with your current health? Brian asks. Saying to yourself: “It’s just a few extra pounds (or vitiligo spots  in my case), I’m a little bit tired, I could look a little better and feel a little better, but I’m OK.” Well, WAKE UP!  Pop your own tire and get fired up about optimizing your life NOW, pretty please.”

OK, I am starting. Good Luck!
