Thank You for today. I am so full today. I am full by food. I am overfull by food. It is sad a little due to I am trying to fill emotional emptiness by a lot of sugar.
Overall today was a good and happy day. I have played the piano and read the plan of book. The weather is cold. It is the only reason of my stomach overfilling. Ok, tomorrow I will be different.
Brian suggests to brash my brain today. It is good suggestion. “Here is a typical, simple response that I give to such performance-focused anxieties: “Don’t worry about how well you’re doing! Just do it!” I also frequently use the analogy of brushing teeth. Most of us are concerned to one extent or another with dental hygiene, but we don’t dwell on the tooth-cleaning process. We just work away with that brush every day. Almost no one evaluates the brushing, to say, “That was a good brush!” or, “Too bad—that was a bad brush.” We simply do it! Similarly, if you’re taking a pill your doctor has prescribed for your cholesterol or blood pressure, you probably don’t wonder, “Am I putting this pill in the proper side of my mouth? Am I swallowing it correctly? Is it really going to work?” Again, you just do it—and that should be your approach to mind body treatments.” ~ Herbert Benson
Do not be impatient with your seemingly slow progress. Do not try to run faster than you presently can. If you are studying, reflecting and trying, you are making progress whether you are aware of it or not. A traveler walking the road in the darkness of night is still going forward.
