Hello God!

Thank You for this moment. I feel my breathing. I see my sleeping daughter. I love this moment. I am happy. I am the happiest person in whole world NOW. Thank You for my understanding it. I follow the beating of my heart. I am internally motivated to be happy and grateful for every moment of our life.

“The trick is to follow your heart. To be INTRINSICALLY motivated. Build your life from the inside-out, doing the things that really matter to you and that make you feel good when you do them, with or without any potential rewards. As Ayn Rand says: “You must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the secondary consequences.”

It’s a Buddhist concept that basically says everything is empty of meaning—everything is inherently NEUTRAL. The meaning we give to any particular empty/neutral experience is often an unconscious expression of how we see the world. So, if I’m a pissy person, I’ll interpret a neutral event negatively; whereas, if I’m a happy person, I’ll interpret that same event in a more empowering way.

A MUCH better solution would be to have compassion for the other individual, to realize that we’re all just pilgrims on the quest to discover our highest selves and offer ourselves and others a hug and a smile when we’re not quite living up to the standards we aspire to. But a grudge? Not such a good idea. Next time you’re feeling the urge to hold a grudge, go to the store and look at a box of rat poisoning on the shelf and commit to no longer consuming the lethal stuff!!

Hello God!

Thank You very much for Your Creating Job. We are Your Masterpieces. We are Perfect. We go by perfect way in perfect order. I would like to remember this sentence always. My life is always in Perfect Order. I have the Highest Purpose. I do not understand It fully but I know this for sure.

Today I think about my father. He was 31 y.o. when he died. I remember my visit to hospital to see him. It was the last chance to see him. I remember rice soup he suggested. I was 5 y.o. I am feeling tears on my face now and this is good. Its help me to understand the pain of little girl. I remember the day when my grandmother said that  my father is dead. I cried because I knew I have to do it. Inside I was a stone. I am as strong as steel. I love this girl. I respect this girl. I have to accept that this pain was in Order.

My life is always in Perfect Order. Indeed.

I have received from Brian the words,”Do not take anything personally! Why shouldn’t we take anything personally? Because what someone thinks of us in any given moment says a lot more about *their* state than it does ours. In Ruiz’s words: “Nothing other people do is because of you. It is because of themselves.”

Deepak Chopra encourages us to remember the power of this wisdom with a little mantra: “I am totally independent of the good or bad opinion of others.”

Good. I will follow by this mantra.

Thank You very much for today. Thank You for Your Inspiration to create this wonderful and miraculous world. Thank You for our happy way.

I know I am Your Perfect Creation. Why have I got a minutes of desperation or laziness sometimes? I am making myself to write this post because of commitment. I make myself to play the piano today. I make myself to read a book. I make myself because of commitments. Because of dream about better myself, better future and because of America. It is definitely worth it.

I had a nice beautiful dream. It was about beach and ocean and America :-). I will complete the way in 400 posts to the 1st of May 2013!

Golden words I received from Brian today: “A lot of teachers talk about the importance of not taking stuff personally. Marcus Aurelius has my favorite gem. He basically asks us: Why in the world should we care what people, who don’t even like *themselves*, think of us?! Think about it for a moment. The people who tend to get *most* pissy and critical and all up in their stuff about how much they dislike us/something we’re doing, tend to be the ones who most strongly dislike themselves.

So, why, oh, heavenly why should we give a poop what they think of us if they can’t even form a positive opinion of themselves?   Exactly. We shouldn’t. So let’s not.”

“Without making the fundamental choice to be the predominant creative force in your life, no matter what you do to attempt to benefit yourself or enhance your life, you will merely be finding more sophisticated ways of responding to circumstances.” ~ Robert Fritz

Fritz makes a brilliant argument that we don’t need more affirmations or more willpower.

We need to make a fundamental choice. A choice on which all of our other choices and behaviors are built. The choice to live at our highest potential. To choose to be a creator not a victim. To choose health and vitality. To choose love.

Few of us ever make those FUNDAMENTAL choices.

This is basically Stephen Covey’s “Habit #1: Be Proactive.”

It’s absolutely essential to make the fundamental choice to be responsible for how we show up.

Will we be creators or will be victims?

Will we put control outside of ourselves and blame circumstances (a poor childhood, annoying boss, traffic jam, etc.) for how we’re showing up in our lives or will we own the fact that we alone are responsible for choosing (!) how we bring ourselves to the world?

“This one fundamental choice—to be the predominant creative force in your life—is a foundation for the entire orientation of the creative… From this choice the meaning of the word desire changes for you, from ‘idle wishes and hopes’ to ‘true vision of that which is the highest in human aspiration and vision.’”

Thank You very much for every moment of our lives. Thank You for creating us by Your Inspiration. It is important to be sure in Your Perfect Order. Every step and every choice are important because we create a masterpiece of our destiny. We create Universe.

I love the idea I have found in “Shantaram” by Gregory Roberts. “Anything that enhances, promotes, or accelerates this movement toward the Ultimate Complexity is good. Anything that inhibits, impedes, or prevents this movement toward the Ultimate Complexity is evil.” Developing yourself is developing Universe. Every tiny step is extremely colorful and noticeable on the picture. Ultimate Complexity is enriching and enhancing personality which is aim of life.

“So if we look at progress, or evolution, or we look at accomplishment in our life, the key is to be continually moving on, expanding and growing, clarifying, developing and maturing. The opposite would be getting stuck, staying stuck, so there’s no maturing, no developing, no accomplishing, no movement.” Zen Master Dennis Genpo Merzel

We go by beautiful Way. We have a happy destiny.
Today I will tell the story about two sisters Piece and Love. Oh, sorry Piece is a brother.
Story begins from family where our heroes were born. Earth is mother and Star is father. Piece is an older brother and Love is a littler sister. It is so simple and natural to born in this harmonically built family. Star is spirit and Earth is matter. Together they bring up the children.
I am a Creator now. The story depends on me. I have to write a happy way for us and my personages.
Piece and Love are mature now. They are married and have children. Piece married with Beauty, Love married with Power. Music and Lyrics, Inspiration and Passion are born in this families. Whole family builds Universe. So Spirit and Matter are fundamental and undivided truth. Piece and Love create happiness. To be continued.

Hello God!

Thank You very much for this huge and miraculous word you create. I am incredibly happy to just a little understand. I love the world. I love my life in this world. I am endlessly gratitude for the possibility to live. I Am. I am Life. I am Love. I am Power. I am Beauty.

When I had a detox procedure in the bath interesting thought had appealed. It is thought about responsibility. You know the commitments we establish for ourselves are not only for us. We involve different other persons, destinies, fates. We respond by our responsibility. I go to swimming pool twice a week. I have a coach. He is awesome man and trainer. He has family and a little daughter. He earns money by swim training. His and his family’s well being depends on me, on my stability and keeping a promise to myself. Everything is connected. Everything is energy.

It is miracle how Brian Jonhston responds to my thought, “Here’s what’s cool: When you do something kind for someone, the person you’re helping has serotonin released in her brain—she feels happier. And, so do you.Pretty sweet, eh? Two more serotonin-induced happier people in the world!

Today is a wonderful day. My loving husband presented me New pink iPod! I am happy and I am dancing. My daughter got a check out apparat for playing in supermarket. I love my husband! I love our Love!

I am lazy today. I want sitting near window and observing snowflakes. I love Your Job. I love Your Weather. I love Your Music. I relax. Really I do not want to struggle and be motivated by my aims and aspirations. Are they so important to miss snowflakes belvedere?

But Brian Johnston tells me about self mastery and aspiration to win:

The Bhagavad Gita, a core text of Hinduism, is set on a metaphorical battlefield and features a reluctant warrior receiving Divine counsel to do the battle necessary to conquer his lower self and live his dharma.

Thank You very much for creating us. We are Your Great Masterpieces. We are Your Best Creations. It is true, I know. We are absolutely Perfect Human Solutions. I understand the Greatness of Your Inspiration.

I have met wonderful words, “As Debbie says: “If you admire greatness in another human being, it is your own greatness you are seeing.” I will see greatness in human being because I am Greatness. I am happy now in writing this words.

I am still playing in life on my uninhabited  isle. I am successful. My food are tangerines, apples and pomegranate. And, of course, I follow by Gerson’s therapy. I strongly believe I am cured by it. My skin is radiant and healthy.  I am fighting with pirates of temptations. The first pirate was meat with garlic and ginger I cooked yesterday. Thank you to my husband. He helped me with his sword (fork 🙂 and good appetite. The others were not a very dangerous as the first one. I overcome all pirates of temptations! I am the Winner!

I am still a good girl. I was in swimming pool today. Not just “was” but I was training with my coach.

Today is a good day. Thank You 16 of January, 2013 for being in our life, thank you for happiness and victory You brought! I love You!

I have just catch the thought about persistency of Your Great Job. You are always in mood. My heart is always in mood to beat in my body. So why can I allow myself different “weekends” for my job to create? That is interesting question. The only job for my heart is beating in my body all my life. The same is my brain. I have to be happy every moment. It does not matter whether I have “appropriate mood” or not.

Today I begin enjoyable challenge to survive on uninhabited isle where I can find only tangerines as a food. I am playing the game. The hero from “Life of Pi” had survived more than 200 days in open sea with tiger. I respect him. So today I begin my own adventure to respect myself as a person and player.

Of all the virtues we can learn no trait is more useful, more essential for survival, and more likely to improve the quality of life than the ability to transform adversity into an enjoyable challenge. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
